When a serious group of researchers performs a meta-analysis of many already existing studies, screening them for quality and assessing the strength of their collective findings, I am always eager to see their findings. I was happy to read that what has been investigated and suggested for decades is confirmed in this study,
namely that the higher your vitamin D level, the lower your breast cancer risk. It's always best if you can to get your vitamin D from the sun, but supplements work, too, if you need that extra boost to maintain levels of at least 40-65 ng/ml.
